I’m Coach Des, and I know exactly what it feels like to be exhausted from constantly starting over. I spent years feeling broken, battling a chronic illness (Lupus), managing PCOS, and surviving trauma. Doctors told me to lower my expectations, and diet culture told me I just needed more willpower. They were both wrong.
I didn’t lose 100 pounds by being perfect. I did it by stopping the cycle of shame and building a system that actually fit my real, messy life. "What worked for me" is a nice story, but "what works for human physiology" is science. At Shed & Shine, I combine proven behavioral psychology with evidence-based nutrition so you can stop guessing and start transforming.
